What To Expect your First Visit
Where to begin
We have two types of clinicians: Licensed clinicians and associates. A licensed clinician has already completed the 3,000 hours of training and passed the board exam. An associate is in the process of completing the 3,000 hours of training in order to take the board exam.
Rates
- We do accept insurance. Our licensed clinicians accept a variety of insurances such as Kaiser, IEHP, and Cigna. If you would like to pay out of pocket, our cash rate for a licensed clinician is $125.00.
- Our associates can accept Cigna, Aetna, and Anthem Blue Cross. The out-of-pocket rate for an associate is $70.00.

Your first visit
We use a platform to send all paperwork, billing, and scheduling. Once you have decided to see one of our clinicians we will send you a link to begin the paperwork process. When you arrive In-person or virtually you will begin your journey. We look forward to coming along side you as it is a privilege and honor to work with clients.
